at a weird point in my life right now, blessed to have a great family, supportive girlfriend, a good group of friends but something deep down wants so much more on a personal and professional level and i'm not there yet. working at it every day. finding new kanye, shit i had no fucking idea even existed, is mind blowing. inspires me to push harder and harder and put in the work and the reps to become great. lot of ups and downs in kanye's life, but ill always love him for the pure soul he is
Take yourself out of the equation. Think about the thing you want to say. Don’t think about notes, don’t focus on how good or bad you are and how to get better there will be time for that when you are in the final stages on preparing your song; it’s bad juju comparing yourself or even thinking about ego because i guarantee it’s stunting you. Be as raw as you can be don’t worry alot how good it is you gotta get those ideas out unadulterated. Write freely. Focus on a topic that you feel strongly about and lay down a rough draft. Think about your style and walk into it then incorporate your creative signature when you start producing. Don’t focus on imitation unless it’s objective. If it’s truly an important topic, I promise you won’t let it die you’ll naturally want to keep writing and adding to it and making it better. Trust the process; when you were younger, you didn’t have these variables in your head over complicating things, you made stuff you cared about! I hope it helps you and you become famous and help people with their depression. One love bro 😎
